Event Timing

Days Shift (12:30 PM – 5:30 PM) & Evening Shift (7:00 PM – 12:00 AM)

If the client needs more time (depends on availability), we can provide it, but extra shift charges & door-to-door safe transportation will be applicable at that time.

  • Extra Shift Charge: 3,000 Taka per Photographer/hour & 3,000 Taka per Cinematographer/hour.
  • For Najmul , Extra 1-hour Charge is 8,000 Taka.

Payment System

  • Clients must pay a non-refundable 50% charge at the final booking date.
  • The remaining 50% must be paid within 2 hours from the event start time. No delays are allowed.
  • If payment is delayed, all editing & delivery processes will be on hold until the outstanding payment is cleared.

Transportation & Accommodation (For Outside Dhaka & Chittagong Metropolitan Area)

  • Clients must provide safe transportation for our team (AC Bus, By Air, Train AC Compartment, Launch AC Compartment).
  • If the client doesn’t arrange transport, they must bear all costs.
  • If our team has to stay overnight or arrive early, the client must arrange hotel/safe house accommodation.

Post Processing (Editing & Final Delivery)

Photos:

  • Clients can collect all RAW (Unedited) photos within 5 working days after the event.
  • Edited photos (selected from RAW by the client) will be delivered within 30-35 working days (for a single event).
  • If the client has more than one event, 15 additional days will be added for each extra event.
  • Clients must select photos for printing within 15 days after receiving the final edited files; otherwise, printing will be considered canceled, or extra charges will apply.
  • Delivery may be delayed during peak wedding seasons (December – March).

Video:

  • Clients must provide song selections within 5-7 days after the event.
  • Edited videos will be delivered within 30-35 working days (for a single event).
  • If the client has more than one event, 15 additional days will be added for each extra event.
  • Delivery may be delayed during peak wedding seasons (December – March).

Re-Editing:

  • Clients can request re-editing once for free if they are unhappy with the initial edits.
  • Requests must be made within 5 days of delivery; otherwise, extra charges will apply.

Footage Keeping

  • Veloura Creation will keep RAW footage for a maximum of 30 days from the event date.
  • Final edited files & printed photos will also be stored for 30 days after completion.
  • Clients are encouraged to collect RAW footage within 7 days of the event.

Timing for Good Photographs & Videos

For the best portrait & conceptual photography and cinematography, we require:

  • 40 minutes with the Bride
  • 25 minutes with the Groom
  • 40 minutes with both Bride & Groom without any interruptions

If the client fails to provide this time, Veloura Creation will not be responsible for the quality of the pictures & videos.

About Packages

Veloura Creation has a team of talented photographers & cinematographers, divided into two categories:

  1. Top Photographer / Top Cinematographer
  2. Senior Photographer / Senior Cinematographer (more experience, better quality)
  • For good output, we recommend Senior Photographer / Cinematographer.
  • For best output, choose our Signature Series with Chief Photographer Riazul Islam Shawon.
  • For cinematic storytelling, select our Rupkotha Series.
  • For full event coverage, more than one photographer & cinematographer is required.

Unprofessional Behavior

  • If any misbehavior, harassment, or hassle occurs with Veloura Creation team members, we will immediately stop our work.
  • If the client has complaints about our team, they must inform Veloura Creation Authority immediately. Complaints made later will not be considered.

Social Media / Other Media Sharing

  • For portfolio purposes, Veloura Creation may publish event photos & videos on social media.
  • If the client does not want media sharing, they must inform us at the time of booking.

Event Cancellation

  • Clients can cancel their booking up to 72 hours before the event. However, the advance payment is non-refundable.
  • If cancellation is made within 72 hours of the event, the client must pay 50% of the package price.
  • If the client wants to reschedule, the advance amount can be carried forward within 1 year of the booking date.
